For each screen you can select different base grid, and change it at any time. To do that select screen and change grid from the list above the screen layout window.
Available options – from 1×1 to 8×9 and custom. Custom allows for any grid – up to 100×100.
Each added video input got an independent location – and can be based on a different grid.
For instance, you can place one station on the 4 × 4 grid, while another can use 7 × 6 grid. This makes IP Multiviewer layout flexible.
Once you add input using one grid, you can place it on the screen using a different grid.
Here’s an example:
- Stations “ABC” and “SML-TV” were placed on 2×2 grid
- Stations “Sports”, “Drama”, “Eco” were added to 6 × 6 grid
- “Cinema 1” and “Cinema” were created using 5 × 4 grid, but then both were positioned using 6 × 4 grid to align with stations on the left.
- Stations “S1 – S8” were all added using 7 × 8 grid.
