- Client name
- Detailed problem description + screens/photos if available
- All logs for the last 7 days from c:\SMIPMultiviewer\bin\log
- Configuration files – c:\SMIPMultiviewer\*.ini
- License file – c:\SMIPMultiviewer\license.txt
