Installation procedure
- Check if Pre-installation setup is complete. If not, please complete it.
- Run installation using provided installer application
- When using a HASP license dongle – plug it in, and wait for LED in the dongle to turn red. If LED is blinking, wait for a minute, unplug the dongle and plug it back.
- If Windows Firewall is enabled – allow network access for those applications:
c:\SMIPMultiviewer\bin\Multiviewer-Source.exe
c:\SMIPMultiviewer\bin\Multiviewer-Config.exe
c:\SMIPMultiviewer\bin\Multiviewer-Renderer.exe
c:\SMIPMultiviewer\bin\Multiviewer-Decoder.exe - If using antivirus software, exclude audio/video traffic used by applications listed above from scanning.
Licensing procedure
- Execute c:\SMIPMultiviewer\bin\Info.exe – It will display your hardware info
- Copy-paste contents of text window or save as a text file and send it as text to support@stirlitzmedia.com, including company name, order number (if available), and required number of sources and system features. We will send back the license file which should be saved to the folder: C:\SMIPMultiviewer.
