- Include client name and which system is affected
- Describe the problem in detail
- Add information regarding date and time when this happened
- Make screenshots or photos or videos showing the problem
- Zip and attach all log files for the last 7 days – from C:\SMIPMultiviewer\bin\Log
- Zip and attach all configuration files: C:\SMIPMultiviewer\*.ini
- If the archives are bigger than 30MB, please first send the report by e-mail, and upload zip files to https://stirlitzmedia.wetransfer.com
