I can't hear audio track in my recorded video material

As SML webPlayer is HTML5 app it only supports formats already supported by web browsers. Audio codec that is supported in all modern browsers is AAC. Ask your system administrator to enable audio for browsers.

 

My video "stutters" in webPlayer

webPlayer relies on the bandwith of client network. If it's insufficient, then the Player will not get enough data do play. Click on the video Icon and check if there is an option ending with q0, q1 etc. This is lower quality stream. If it's not present, ask your system administrator if it can be enabled in your network.
